All our carers are required to undertake the Care Certificate; this is an induction into Health and Social Care and replaced the Common Induction Standards.

As part of your on-going training and mentoring programme, you’ll be invited for regular training, monitoring and assessment throughout the whole of your employment with AZ caring services.
